Plain Lowline Roof Tile Vent – Weathered slot easily into the space of three plain tiles spaces, giving a inconspicuous finish from ground level. The adaptable roof vent can be used for mechanical extraction, soil stack ventilation and roof space ventilation.
Our Plain Tile vent sit across two courses and provides a airflow gap of 7,500mm2. A discreet, surface-mounted grille stops wasps, birds and debris from entering the roof space. Any rainwater that enters the grille is immediately flushed from the system via carefully angled channels on the underside of the vent.
The base outlet is designed to slot between the battens, making installation quick and simple. The vents will operate on roof pitches down to 30 degrees. With simple fitting and a discreet, attractive appearance, The Plain Tile Vents are particularly well suited to compact, modern buildings.
By adding an adaptor these roof vents are easily altered for use in mechanical extract or soil stack ventilation systems.
